We’ve really enjoyed our time working with Park Street Bathrooms. Collaborating with Becky, the showroom manager, on our design was a breeze, and she offered some fantastic product suggestions. It’s great to find mid to high-end furnishings all in one spot. Plus, the follow-up service from Becky and her team has been absolutely top-notch! Any issues we faced were sorted out quickly and with a smile. I can’t recommend them enough. The level of customer care and peace of mind we received has been exceptional!

I placed an order for a towel rail more than a month back, and it still hasn't shown up. I've received zero updates from them, and my emails asking about the order have gone unanswered. This is just awful service, and I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

A few pals pointed us to Park Street Bathrooms for their pricing and service - super glad we took their advice. We got bathroom furniture, tiles, and fixtures for our main bath and ensuite from Becky, and it was a smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free process. There were a couple of hiccups after delivery (tiles, showerhead), but they were handled swiftly and without much expense. Can't say enough good things about Becky and her team for top-notch customer care.

Right from the start, the experience of buying and the service provided by Kate, the sales agent, along with the entire Park Street Bathroom crew, has been fantastic. I got two complete luxury bathroom suites from them at a price that was hard to beat (the best I could find), and they kept me informed about the production delays from Germany. The delivery showed up just like they said it would. It was a joy to work with them, and I would absolutely recommend them.

The service here is top-notch and super knowledgeable. Kate went above and beyond to help our tricky project come together. Her commitment, even with the odd late-night email, and her patience with my learning process was truly remarkable! Oh, and the pricing is fantastic as well! Highly recommended.

I saw a tap on their site that I really wanted, so I placed an order since it was a decent deal. Then, I got an email saying there was a pricing mistake, and they wouldn’t honor it. My order was already CONFIRMED AND PROCESSED, and they took the cash from my account, which means we had a contract. They didn’t even try to show any goodwill for their blunder. Honestly, their customer service is just awful. I won’t be shopping with this company again, and I’d recommend others steer clear as well.

I purchased some Hansgrohe mixer taps along with matching handheld showers. Park Street Bathrooms impressed me with their professionalism and quick responses. When there was a hold-up with the model I selected, they let me know and even offered a similar option from the same brand that was just as great and £100 cheaper.

The new taps showed up and got installed, and let me tell ya, they’re amazing—such a huge upgrade from the old ones!

Don't rely on the estimated delivery date; it doesn't mean much. They really struggle with getting items to you, and when you call to check, they can't provide any real updates on when things will show up. They just point fingers at the manufacturers and suggest that if you're not satisfied, you should shop somewhere else. Honestly, if you're renovating, I'd say look for your plumbing supplies from a different company because you can't count on them to deliver. I placed an order expecting it in 3 days on June 30th, and here I am on July 18th still waiting.

We found some items were not included in the delivery, but we realized it too late to meet their cut-off deadline. That cut-off is pretty tight at just 5 days, and when you're sending stuff to a construction site, it ain't always easy to check every single thing. In our situation, we were short on the fittings for the toilet seat (you can't really tell they're missing unless you unpack everything completely). Technically, it’s not that an item is missing, but rather a part of the supplied item is absent. That said, Park Street doesn’t seem too keen to help and wants to charge me £45 for the missing parts! I’ll definitely steer clear of them in the future since their after-sales support leaves a lot to be desired.

Awful company. They take your order upfront and then place it with the manufacturer, which means it takes ages to get your product. Total waste of time and cash. They didn’t mention when I ordered that the items weren’t available. Just a heads up, you might be waiting forever.

Ryan offered outstanding help with product suggestions, fair pricing, timely delivery, and was always quick to respond to my questions. Given this experience, I’d definitely recommend them for sanitary fittings and bathroom accessories.
